2022/23 Season FAQ

Where are the shows being performed since the downtown building is currently under construction?

Globe Theatre will be performing its 2022/23 Season at a number of locations: Darke Hall at the Univerity of Regina, The Artesian and the Conexus Arts Centre in the Shumiatcher Room.

The address for each venue is on your ticket- please double check your ticket

What will happen if a show gets cancelled?

If a show needs to be cancelled we will either reschedule them at a later date, offer refunds on your ticket, or you will have the option to donate the value of your ticket for a charitable tax receipt.

I currently have a credit from the last season, what do I do with it?

For any questions relating to credit amounts and useages, please call our Box Office at 306.525.6400

We are kindly asking that credit holders only use their credit to purchase one ticket in the 2022/23 Season. The past two+ years has been hard for the arts scene, and Globe Theatre specifically. With over $130,000.00 in credit sitting in our Patron's accounts, we simply can't afford for everyone to use their credit in full this year.

There is also an opportunity to donate your credit back to Globe Theatre. If you are interested in donating all or part of your credit back to Globe Theatre, pleased call our Box Office.

What are your COVID-19 Protocols, including vaccination status?

Our Globe team will continue to monitor the situation as our season approaches and reserve the right to make changes to our policy as the current climate dictates and we see fit.

Subscriber FAQ

Will I get the same seats for the 2022/23 shows?

Our 2022/23 Season is in a number of venues, and seat configuations, the sooner you book the better your seating options will be for all the shows!

Do I get a ticket discount for subscribing?

Subscriber tickets are never subject to dynamic pricing, with a subscription you will also receive priority access to tickets, and free ticket exchange rates, if the exchange is within 48 hours of the show.

Will I get my same seats in the new building once renovations are complete as I did in the old building?

Before we return to a full subscriber season in the newly renovated building, we will provide an opportunity to test the seating/venue & will work with you to get the closest comparable seats to your previous seats. We will also work with you to ensure you’re comfortable with your new seats and make adjustments as we go along. Keep in mind, the seats will be bigger, and the legroom will be vastly improved!
