Troy Slocum is a sound designer and electronic music composer whose career spans theatre, film, and installation. He served as sound designer and music supervisor for CBC Gem’s The Bannocking, and designed sound for the feature documentaries Skoden and The Track, both screened at Hot Docs, with The Track currently streaming on Amazon Prime. Additional film credits include Mia’ (Salmon) (TIFF) and Looking at Edward Curtis (Knowledge Network). His theatre credits include Sal Capone (NAC), Rose (NAC), The Rez Sisters (Belfry Theatre), The Unnatural & Accidental Women (NAC), and Awoowakii (Theatre Calgary). A Jessie Richardson Award winner for The Pipeline Project, Troy is a member of the Associated Designers of Canada (IATSE Local ADC659) and APASQ.
