Shekhar disappointed his family by not studying medicine at University, but has since played doctors on many Film & TV shows such as: Maid; Riverdale; Superman & Lois; Arctic Air; Emily Owens MD; Motive; Sanctuary; Firefly Lane; The Day the Earth Stood Still, and more.
He is also an author. Shekhar’s novel “An Extraordinary Destiny” was published in 2017 by Brindle & Glass, and he has two children’s books published with Annick Press.
