Friday, September 12 – 60th Anniversary Gala

Begins at 6:00 PM

Step into a “choose-your-own-adventure” evening as every floor of the Globe comes alive with music, art, food, and cocktails. Wander at your leisure, discovering live performances, behind-the-scenes workshops, and secret speakeasies.

At 8:00 PM, the building gathers on the Rawlinson Main Stage for a celebration, gratitude, and vision—before the night transforms into an elegant cocktail party with a live DJ until 2:00 AM.

Highlights

• Four Floors of Experiences – From jazz in the rehearsal hall to immersive theatre on the fourth floor, every level offers something unique.
• Behind-the-Scenes Access – See our production shops and get a sneak peek at the design elements for The Master Plan.
• Curated Food & Drink – Five sponsored bars, five food stations, and cocktails, including a secret drink you’ll have to find.
• Live Entertainment – Pianists, quartets, radio play, and more.
• Gala Cocktail Party – After speeches, dance and mingle in the 3rd floor Ruth Smillie Lobby until last call.

• 6:00pm to 8:00pm: Choose Your Own Adventure throughout the building – performances, food, drinks, and tours
• 8:00pm to 9:30pm: Formal program on the Rawlinson Main Stage
• 9:30pm to end: DJ, open bar, and passed hors d’oeuvres in the Ruth Smillie Lobby

Saturday, September 13 – Open Doors, Day 1

Free and ticketed activities welcome the community to explore, learn, and play in the Globe’s newly renovated spaces.

  • Open Rehearsals: Get a glimpse at the rehearsal process of our season opener The Master Plan (Max 10 Participants for each time slot. 11:00 AM, Noon, 2:30 PM – REGISTER HERE) 
  • Teen/Adult Theatre School Classes (1:00 PM, $5, REGISTER HERE)
