Open Auditions

General Auditions

Globe Theatre is holding general auditions to get to know Saskatchewan artists.

Where: These will take place in-person in Regina. | Audition Date: March 3rd, 4th and 5th, 2022

Submission Deadline: February 27, 2022, no later than 4pm

General Audition Information: General Auditions this year will be done as a joint process with Persephone Theatre; in attendance will be Artistic Directors Jennifer Brewin (Globe Theatre) and Heather Cant (Persephone Theatre).

Auditioners will only need to audition once to be seen by both Artistic Directors.

Similar auditions will be held in Saskatoon March 10, 11, and 12. Please submit to Globe Theatre if you’d like to be seen in Regina, and submit to Persephone Theatre if you’d like to be seen in Saskatoon.

Audition Requirements: Please prepare a monologue (maximum 2 minutes) for your audition as well as a second piece of your choice. Your second piece can be a song, playing an instrument, a special skill, a second monologue or added conversation time.

Submission Requirements: Please submit a headshot and resume (PDF format only) auditions@globetheatrelive.com with the subject line: General auditions.

Globe Theatre’s Artistic Director Jennifer Brewin may accept video submissions or Zoom Auditions from Saskatchewan artists (may be scheduled on a separate date than those listed above), but preference will be given to those available in audition in person.

If there is a potential barrier that might prevent you from being able to audition, we encourage you to let us know so we can work with you to dissolve it. We thank all who apply but only those selected for an audition will be contacted.

Artistic Introductions

Globe Theatre is holding Artistic Introductions to get to know Saskatchewan artists.

Where: These will take place in person in Regina. | Meeting Date: March 5, 2022

Submission Deadline: February 27, 2022, no later than 4pm

Artistic Introduction Information: We invite designers, directors, writers, choreographers, dramaturgs, and other creatives to meet with us to discuss their work. These introductions will be done as a joint process with Persephone Theatre Saskatoon. Artistic Directors Jennifer Brewin (Globe Theatre) and Heather Cant (Persephone Theatre) will both be in attendance.

Similar Artitic Introductions will be held in Saskatoon on March 9, 2022. Please submit to Globe Theatre if you’d like to be seen in Regina, and submit to Persephone Theatre if you’d like to be seen in Saskatoon.
