Summer Classes

GTS Summer Lab is back!

Looking for a creative place to play this summer? Our awesome two-week sessions explore devised and scripted theatre in a way that’s fun and memorable for all ages and experience levels. The Summer Lab is an uplifting and inspiring experience, and it’s an amazing opportunity for young artists to spend two weeks in a consistent and creative setting with other awesome people

Space is limited!

Class Information

IS EVERYBODY IN // AGES 13 - 16*

Two-week session: July 5 - July 15 | 9:30 am–3:30 pm, Monday - Friday (no class July 4)

Cost: $575

About: This ensemble-based course propels teen students to rely on their peers as partners, collaborators and new friends. This is an advanced class for students who are passionate about creating and performing. Working closely with professional artists, students are encouraged to creatively explore and expand their perspectives. Students utilize scripts, improvisation, writing, movement, sound, and each other to prepare a new piece of theatre. There will be a share for friends and family on the final day. *Note: This class is open to wide age range.

EXPLORERS // AGES 8 –10

Two-week session: July 18 – July 29  | 9:30 am–3:30 pm, Monday - Friday

Cost: $575

About: This ensemble-based course drives students to rely on their peers as partners, collaborators and new friends. Under direction of professional artists, students are encouraged to creatively explore and expand their perspectives. Students utilize scripts, improvisation, acting, movement, and each other to create an original piece of theatre. There will be a share for friends and family on the final day.
