This year over the holidays, Globe Theatre will be filled with the smiles of delighted Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol audiences. It will also be filled with snow!  

The It’s Your Snow Globe Annual campaign kicked off on November 10th!

The intention is to fill the Globe with stylized snowflakes representing donations from our community partners. Window by window in the theatre lobby, until the entire space if one giant Snow Globe.

The campaign goal is to raise $15,000 to support Globe Theatre’s community initiatives and programming. With each donation*, a snowflake goes up in our theatre lobby (with your name on it!) We hope you’ll help us to reach our goal and turn the Globe into a true Snow Globe.

Globe theatre is a not-for-profit theatre, and every penny of revenue goes directly back into the community and supporting the arts through our programming, theatre school, and outreach initiatives. Your donation to It’s Your Snow Globe supports things like:

• theatre school classes
• sponsored tickets for marginalised communities
• Toonie Tuesdays and Rush Ticket Pricing, making theatre more accessible to all
• reduced cost student matinees, allowing classrooms from across Saskatchewan to come and participate in theatre
• ensuring Globe Theatre continues to be a leader in the arts community, bringing amazing productions, supporting local artists, and making theatre for everyone
