Corporate Improv

"This isn't cleverness training or joke training. It's about the infrastructure of communicating and connecting."

– Ed Herbstman, co-founder of Magnet Theatre,  2014 Forbes article  about improv training

It's no secret—improvisation is as necessary in the boardroom as on stage. Around the world, businesses from independent start-ups to Fortune 500 companies are embracing improv to develop their staff's productivity, creativity, and positivity.

Improvisation may sound intimidating, but with Corporate Improv's researched and tested curriculum, you can be confident that your session will provide a safe and fun environment for even the least outgoing of staff to take risks and get excited about collaboration.

The Globe Theatre's team of instructors and administrators tailor each workshop based on your needs, so you can be confident that your partnership with Corporate Improv will be a customized and responsive professional development experience unlike any other.

We encourage our youngest students to indulge in imaginative play and pretend. New artistic muscles grow and develop as they transition into our collective creation core programs, which are designed to build collaborative abilities and spark creative expression.

As their focus shifts to technical theatre and performance, our teen programming provides students with the necessary foundation to confidently write, act, and improvise in a positive group environment.

Teenagers and adults are offered the opportunity to perform in professional settings and challenge themselves in new and exciting ways.
