Peter and the Starcatcher Find the Pirate Contest
Rules and Regulations

1. Program Description/Eligibility

This promotion is only open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Globe Theatre and any of its affiliates and advertising agencies and the immediate family (parent, child, sibling or spouse of any of the foregoing) or household members of each are not eligible to enter.


2. How to enter 

A. Find the Globe Theatre Pirate around Regina, and post a photo either of or with the pirate on social media using the hashtag #PeterAtGlobe. Applicable social media platforms include Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. One post equals one entry to the contest. Patrons are able to enter as many times as they like over the course of the contest. Some entries will be posted on digital billboards across Regina. 


3. Winner Selection/Prize 

There will be four winners. Winners will receive two tickets to Peter and the Starcatcher. 

The prize-winners will be selected at random from eligible entries received prior to the contest closing date. Chances of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received. In order to be the declared winner, all entry rules stated above must be adhered to.  All required conditions finalizing the declaration of a winner must be completed within 15 business days of the draw or the declaration is withdrawn and a second eligible entry will be drawn and will be subject to the same conditions. 

Winners will be selected at random and contacted on December 16th, 2016.

The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not redeemable for cash. The prize is non-transferable. Globe Theatre reserves the right to substitute a prize which is, in its sole opinion, of equal or greater value in the event that the original prize becomes unavailable for any reason whatsoever.

4. General Conditions

A. All those attending A Closer Walk With Patsy Cline at the Casino Regina Show Lounge between June 9 - 18, 2016 are eligible to fill out a ballot to enter to win two tickets to Million Dollar Quartet.  When providing your ticket information you will need to include your first and last name, city, province, postal code, and email address. All requested data must be provided for your entry to be valid. No responsibility is assumed by Globe Theatre for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete submissions. Limit of one entry per ticket holder.

A. All those who purchase a subscription with before March 31,2016 will be automatically entered in the contest stated on the invoice.  When providing your ticket information you will need to include your first and last name, city, province, postal code, and email address. All requested data must be provided for your entry to be valid. No responsibility is assumed by Globe Theatre for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete submissions or any computer, on-line telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur in the processing, transmission or receipt of entries. Limit of one entry per ticket holder.

B. No purchase necessary. To enter without purchase of a subscription, a 500 word essay describing one of the six plays of the upcoming main stage season must be submitted to the Globe Theatre Box Office, 1801 Scarth Street, Regina before March 31, 2016. The essay must include your first and last name, city, province, postal code and email address. All requested data must be provided for your entry to be valid. No responsibility is assumed by Globe Theatre for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete submissions or any computer, on-line telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur in the processing, transmission or receipt of entries.

This promotion is only open to legal residents of Saskatchewan who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Globe Theatre and any of its affiliates and advertising agencies and the immediate family (parent, child, sibling or spouse of any of the foregoing) or household members of each are not eligible to enter. Promotion begins 10:00 AM on Feb 11, 2016 and closes at 11:59 PM on March 1, 2016.


2. How to enter

A. All those who purchase a subscription before or on March 1, 2016, will be automatically entered in the contest.  When providing your subscription information, you will need to include your first and last name, city, province, postal code, phone number, and email address. All requested data must be provided for your entry to be valid. No responsibility is assumed by Globe Theatre for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete submissions or any computer, on-line telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur in the processing, transmission or receipt of entries. Limit of one entry per subscription.

B.
